✓ professional goals using professional language and jargon.

✓ Know the vocabulary related to research groups and department resources that conect to your interests.

✓ Learn names of individual faculty and how their specific research is connected to your professional plans.

1. What are your post-study plans?

- I am planning to get a computer science Master's degree in the United States to continue studying after graduate school by studying English and computer science in the US.

Because I want to be an expert in data-related work.

2. How will your US degree relate to your future professional career goals when you return home?

- To be a data expert, two competencies are essential, knowledge related to computer science and English.

I can fill these competencies because America is teaching pioneering knowledge in CS fields.

And most of the knowledge related to computer science is in English, this is why I need to study English.

If I get these competencies, I could be free from time or space constraints when I work.

So the process to get a master's degree in Computer science in the US will help me achieve my goals.

It also allows me to work in a field I am interested in.

I think South Korea's Big data infrastructure and decisions based on the data are insufficient. These are just for the huge company and they also do not have enough experts who have both ability, knowledge about computer science and English. I want to be recognized for my ability to do my job well.

3. Focus on specific professional goals. The university program is your opinion on how to best achieve these.

- As I said before, the US university program offers pioneering knowledge about CS.

They have courses like Big data, fundamental theory of Computer Science, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, and Software Engineering in the Graduate pathway program. These classes give me a foundation in computer science.

And especially I'm interested in dealing with data.

I will focus on studying these courses.

I studied to get a Toefl score and I made it, so I could make an effort to improve my English. And Illinois state university's slogan is 'Gladly We Learn and Teach.' and I will do that.

4. If possible, obtain a conditional job offer or a support letter from a local company.

- 3가지 주의사항: 학습완료 의사, 충분한 재정, 귀국의사

1. What is the purpose of your trip?

- I want to be an expert related to data fields.

2years
